Customer Service

StarHub Customer Service is the eyes, ears and heartbeat of the organisation. We have a passion for listening and a desire to provide what our customers want. Our role is to evoke an emotional attachment to the StarHub brand. We work towards delivering consistent, intentional, differentiated and valuable service to our customers across all touch points – over the phone, on-site and in the service centres.


Content Services is at the centre of StarHub's entertainment offerings. We are responsible for acquiring, aggregating and creating compelling content for our wide variety of viewers. All on-air material including programmes, advertisements and promotions are the responsibility of Content Services.


Sales Division oversees the business development for the company's products and services for the corporate, consumer and SME markets. In addition, it also includes overseeing the distribution channels (including StarHub Shops, resellers and direct sales) and handset merchandising. We listen attentively to our customers' needs to exceed their expectations and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Corporate Services 1

Legal & Secretariat

The key role of Legal and Secretariat is to know the rules, and help StarHub abide by those rules. Our team of lawyers provides prompt and professional legal support to our business to structure the deals, negotiate and draft agreements and close the transactions. As for Secretariat, we support our Chairmen and Board of Directors, and are tasked with ensuring timely tendering of information to them, so that they can make strategic decisions for StarHub

Human Resource

People resources are crucial to any organisation's success. At StarHub, we regard our people as one of our key assets. The key function of the HR department is to ensure that the Company has the right resources and skills to support its business growth and sustainability, and that our team is equipped with the tools needed to excel

Corporate Communications & Investor Relations

The Corporate Communications and Investor Relations team are the official spokespeople for the company. We ensure that the company's policies, activities, product/service launches, innovative disposition and financial performance are appropriately positioned and aligned in the eyes of the general public, the investors and the media. We ensure that the reputation of the company is constantly maintained.

Government & Strategic Affairs

The Government & Strategic Affairs department is responsible for StarHub's relationship with the regulators, and for the handling of our regulatory issues. As a result of this, regulatory work is always challenging, always different and always important.

Corporate Services 2

The Finance Division is responsible for Capital Funding, Financial and Risk Management Staff Resourcing, Financial Planning and Reports to help StarHub grow shareholder returns and continue our business growth.
We are also the champion of Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate Governance to ensure StarHub does businesses professionally and our management practices are always conducted with integrity. We also manage risk, support organisational continuity and ensure that SGX and Regulatory Policies are complied with.

Information Services & Business Excellence

Information Technology is a fundamental building block in delivering cutting edge Info-Communications products and services. At StarHub, the Information Services team works hand-in-hand with our business partners and users to deliver support for innovative services, excellent customer care and operational excellence.

Business Excellence helps us achieve outstanding results by using a set of fundamental concepts (Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Process, Customer, Results). It is driven by Innovation and Learning. Business Excellence exists to benefit everyone in the company, by providing simple, clear communication to help in the delivery of quality products and services.

Network Convergence & Ops Services plan and deploy application platforms (based on StarHub commercial strategies) with the aims of minimising service deployment costs and increasing network efficiency. They also establish operational procedures to ensure StarHub Networks are operating at the optimum level and that we are providing uninterrupted service to our customers.

StarHub Integrated Network Engineering (SHINE)

At SHINE we are responsible for the design and operation of StarHub's fixed, mobile, broadband and cable networks. International carrier relations and domestic wholesale services are also integral parts of SHINE, which focus on the provision of the communications infrastructure, facilities and services with other carriers and service providers.
