About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Website Product Owner & Performance Manager to lead the evolution and operations of StarHub’s Website (Discovery Pages)—a critical part of our digital experience that drives product awareness, campaign visibility, sales and customer experience.

This role within digital business growth team focuses on website transformation, CMS operations (AEM preferred), campaign readiness, and performance optimisation, driving digital sales goals through high-quality content structures and user journeys.

This team lead PO role blends product thinking, commercial insight, technical collaboration, and people development—ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website Strategy & Experience Transformation

  • Own and evolve Starhub.com experience- to support digital sales and product awareness, as well as overall brand experience on our website.
  • Collaborate with the direct manager to build best-in-class templates, page structures, and user journeys that align with strategic objectives.
  • Drive continuous UX improvements and platform enhancements to increase engagement and lead capture.
  • Augment platform capabilities:
    • Participate in Upgrade of CMS project, by giving requirements
    • Optimize page templates, and components regularly to meet evolving business, user, and strategic needs.
    • Stay informed on digital marketing trends to optimize website UX and layout; recommend adoption of relevant technologies aligned with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marcom, Brand, SEO, UX/UI, and Tech teams to plan, prepare, and execute timely Discovery Page updates.
  • Ensure campaign timelines and business launches are reflected accurately and promptly across relevant pages.
  • Support lead-generation initiatives by integrating forms and dynamic content where appropriate.

Web & Campaign Performance

  • Monitor and analyze Website performance using web analytics tools.
  • Track KPIs such as homepage heatmap, page traffic, bounce rate, click-through, CVR, and lead form completions.
  • Partner with the  eShop PO and direct manager to track and report in a structured manner the impact of website enhancements using pre- and post-deployment metrics. Deliver actionable insights and recommend next-best actions to optimize content, increase conversion, and drive sales growth.
  • Work with Analytics team to have relevant dashboards and post-campaign reports to derive insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance. Recommend testing strategy to improve performance ongoing

Web Operations Governance & Compliance

  • Lead team to manage day-to-day operations and publishing workflows using AEM CMS.
  • Lead campaign and product launch readiness on Website by coordinating updates, assets, and timelines.
  • Define and uphold governance processes for Website content updates, QA, and publishing approvals.
  • Establish and maintain Website content governance and publishing SOPs, along with comprehensive website documentation covering site structure, content standards, and change logs.
  • Maintain governance of digital content across Website to ensure brand, legal, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support domain and CMS security standards in collaboration with Security and Legal teams.
  • Promote consistency in layout, UX, and content presentation across Discovery content.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Communications, Web Technologies, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing web content, CMS operations, or content product ownership
  • Proven track record of supporting digital campaign launches and website performance initiatives
  • Experience in telco, FMCG, or large-scale web environments preferred

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Must have: Hands-on experience with an enterprise Content Management System; strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong understanding of web UX principles, page structure, and digital content lifecycle
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) to measure site performance and user behaviour
  • Experience with A/B testing and personalisation
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how technical markers & content structure impacts ranking
  • Experience managing governance documentation, content tagging, and approval workflows
