Web Operations Executive

The Web Operations Executive is responsible for starhub.com operations: the role covers content publication, the optimization of user journeys and overall experience on the website and the on-going transformation of the platform into a performance engine to increase digital conversions (technology layer, A/B testing of content & UI approach etc).

The primary duties include web development and content management, and corporate branding governance. The successful candidate will have to work across varying levels of business leadership and departments to deliver projects that attain business goals under aggressive deadlines.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate website transformation & maintenance, support product launches and promotions with stakeholders
  • Govern and uphold the library of corporate brand guidelines, practices and processes
  • Identify key initiatives and campaigns to test, track, measure and optimize
  • Continuous effort to improve the efficiency of web functions and operational processes
  • Assist teams to assess the performance of campaigns and A/B testing (monitor CTR perf, heatmaps, drop-off points etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with digital and strategic marketing trends, advise stakeholders accordingly to align with business goals with proposed adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advocate best practices and achieve business goals.
  • Conducts complete and effective troubleshooting in UAT (user acceptance test)
  • Collaborate with SEO team to improve the ranking on SERP
  • Assist and support in other projects as needed

Qualifications

  • A degree/diploma in Creative Media Design, Digital/Interaction Multimedia or I.T. studies
  • Experience in using CMS (prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager Cloud would be a significant advantage)
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO practices
  • Experience in the practice of Analytics or A/B testing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar tools)
  • Knowledge of image editing software/Design/UX and some experience with AI content generation tools would be an advantage
  • Works well under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver information to diverse audiences.
