Web Channel Lead

Job Description
The Web Channel Lead is responsible for the Website (aka Discovery pages), designing its template, defining its ideal state, driving digital transformation required to achieve that ideal state & for delivering projects and campaigns simultaneously to attain business goals. He/ she achieves the above via Content management system (preferably Adobe experience manager) operations, via operations management of key product launches, press releases, marketing campaigns, incidents & via collaboration with UX/UI, Brand marketing, SEO and Go-To-Market teams of various business verticals.
The Lead defines the governance model and operating processes for publishing content on the website, optimizes the key user journeys and drives the transformation of the Website into a performance engine to increase traffic, click-through rates, conversions and NPS.
Responsibilities:
- Transform the Website
- Drive StarHub’s Website transformation to ensure seamless product discovery journeys in alignment with industry & UX best practices
- Augment platform capabilities
- Upgrade regularly the CMS/page templates/components as per business, user & strategic needs
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends to optimize the website UX & layout, and propose the adoption of relevant technologies to align with business goals
- Assess new software to improve the targeting capabilities of the website, to render relevant dynamic content to audiences and increase conversion rates
- Develop and execute an A/B testing roadmap based on data analytics and exploration areas discussed and prioritized with UX team
- Develop a working model with the SEO Manager to ensure high website ranking through upkeep of SEO and SERPs
- Support GTM product launches
- Own the creation and governance of our website & microsites end-to-end & derive timely execution plans in collaboration with GTM, Marcom, Product and UX teams to support major product launches across the year
- Uphold the Website Governance
- Design and advocate the adoption of operating processes for digital assets that are effective, adapted to the organization and Agile
- Govern and uphold the library of corporate brand guidelines
- Oversee the domain management and work closely with Security, Corporate and Regulatory stakeholders
Qualifications
- A degree/diploma in Digital/Web Commerce/Project Management, or I.T. studies
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on CRM operations and Website transformation projects
- Strong experience in CMS (Adobe AEM / Adobe Cloud) and Digital Asset Management tools
- Experience in A/B testing, site heatmapping, UX design on Web/App is a definite advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO practice
- Software skills include: Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator, MS Office
- Digital transformation experience (preferred)
- Works well under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver information to diverse audiences
- Excellent planning, organizational, project and risk management skills
- Proactive and performance-driven leader
