Role Mission 

Lead the technical architecture, integration strategy, and operational excellence of StarHub’s Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems to ensure system reliability, strong controls, secure data flows, and seamless end-to-end financial processes. 

Accountabilities 

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture for FRCS platforms.
• Lead integration design, technical delivery, and environment governance across ERP, EPM, GRC, and automation systems.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance across all finance-related platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement, technical optimisation, and automation.
• Provide technical leadership to analysts, vendors, and cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities 

• Define and lead the technical architecture for ERP, EPM, automation, and GRC platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end integration design including APIs, middleware flows, data mappings, and interface governance.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of financial data flow across connected systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis, complex troubleshooting, and resolution of major FRCS technical issues.
• Govern environment management including releases, patches, regression testing, and production readiness.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on design standards, security frameworks, and data governance.
• Review and approve technical specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
• Mentor Technical Analysts and uplift technical capabilities across the FRCS team.
• Drive automation and performance optimisation efforts to reduce manual effort and system complexity.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews with strong technical controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical dependencies with IAM, Infrastructure, EUC, and Platform teams.
• Manage technical vendors and SI partners to ensure quality delivery and adherence to design standards. 

Requirements 

• 8–12 years of experience in finance system integration, technical architecture, or ERP/EPM technical leadership.
• Proven expertise with SAP/Oracle integration, APIs, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, CPI, etc.).
• Strong experience leading technical delivery for finance transformation or complex multi-system environments.
• Deep understanding of financial data structures, FRCS processes, and security/compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and solve complex technical issues.
