Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent for our organization.
The ideal candidate will excel in the following key areas:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the organization's goals and culture with our largest (and arguably most complex) business unit.
- Identify and prioritize hiring needs and collaborate with the department head, ensuring alignment with our department HR Business Partner.
Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse talent pools.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication and engagement.
Candidate Experience and Diversity:
- Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously assess and optimize recruitment processes to improve key metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Coach and mentor others in the recruiting team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Compliance, Ethics, and Employer Branding:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical recruitment practices.
- Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and mission.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition
A solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
A strong understanding of business strategy, objectives, and challenges
Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
A passion for creating a positive candidate experience and employer brand
