Technical Requirements

1. Citrix Technologies (Core)

Hands-on experience with:

- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

- Citrix Provisioning Services

- Citrix NetScaler/ADC

- Citrix NetScaler Console

- Citrix Hypervisor/XenServer

- Understanding of VDI architecture and application delivery

2. Operating Systems

Experience with:

- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

3. Active Directory & Identity

Experience managing:

- Microsoft Active Directory

- DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS

4. Virtualization Platforms

Knowledge of:

- VMware vSphere

- Microsoft Hyper-V

- Nutanix

5. Backup Application

Knowledge of:

- Veeam

6. Administration & Maintenance

- Manage Citrix servers, delivery controllers, and storefronts

- Monitor system health and performance

- Apply patches, upgrades, and system optimizations

7. Troubleshooting & Support

- Diagnose issues related to user sessions, connectivity, and performance

- Resolve application delivery problems

Qualifications

Candidate with strong hands-on experience in Citrix VDI, Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms, capable of managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise Citrix environments.

Certification Summary 

• Citrix: 

  CCA-V / CCP-V, CCA-N / CCP-N
