Job Description
This role exists to drive revenue growth for StarHub’s Hybrid IT and Managed Services portfolio by identifying, qualifying, and closing solution-led opportunities across assigned accounts. The Solution Sales Manager serves as the technical–commercial bridge between customers, internal teams, and vendor partners, shaping solutions that address customer outcomes while ensuring deal governance, pricing discipline, and predictable revenue delivery.
Responsibilities
• Engage customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements
• Position StarHub’s Managed Services, Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions
• Develop BoMs, commercials, and service scope with presales and vendors
• Coordinate with SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Bid Management, and Delivery teams
• Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing and deal protection
• Support contract reviews and structured handover to delivery teams
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
• At least Diploma in IT or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in solution sales or presales
• Exposure to enterprise networking and managed services
• Able to front senior leaders and work with all levels with interna/external teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
