Job Description
Responsibilities
• Achieve operational excellence through maximising resources and control of operating expenses such as overtime, etc.
• Achieve sales and service targets through the assistance of the Floor Managers where each floor manager oversees a team of 6 to 7 Hub Consultants.
• Work with Floor Manager to regularly review and take corrective action for individuals who fall short of targets.
• Sales Floor management - Handling of floor operations, queue time, transaction time, customers queries and staff enquiries.
• Sales achievement - Keeping consultants updated on their sales achievements regularly and bringing under achieving consultants back on track.
• NPS achievement - Identifying both positive and negative feedbacks from customers and using them as a guide to consultants so they can replicate the good and avoid the bad.
• Email management - Managing email escalations from internal departments via the duty manager mailbox and following up with proper actions and resolutions.
• Daily briefing notes - Simplify promotions mechanics onto matrix table
• To provide prompt and accurate promotions feedback
• Review of staff performance
Qualifications
Requirements
• Diploma and above, preferably in Business or Retail Management
• Minimum 5 year’s retail sales experience in a managerial position managing a team of at least 20 staff, preferably in Telecommunication/IT industry
• Strong sales acumen with good sales track record
• Service oriented with high emotional quotient (EQ)
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Quick to adapt to changes and embraces technology
• Mature and positive working attitude
• Willing to work rotating shift-hours including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to perform overtime and other duties outside of his/her job scope when required
