Job Description
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, customer engagement, and market positioning across assigned Enterprise Business Group service lines. Act as the primary marketing business partner to service line leaders, owning marketing strategy, performance, partner ecosystem marketing, sales enablement, and the development of a high-performing service line marketing function.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned Enterprise service lines, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Service Line Heads, Sales Leadership and Product teams to translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans.
- Lead strategic partner marketing initiatives with key technology vendors to accelerate demand generation and strengthen market positioning.
- Build and lead the Service Line Marketing capability by managing internal staff, external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders while continuously improving marketing effectiveness and business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly integrated GTM marketing plans aligned to business growth objectives and commercial KPIs.
- Lead end-to-end demand generation campaigns across digital, events, content, ABM and field marketing channels.
- Own marketing performance reporting, analysing pipeline, SQL conversion, campaign ROI and marketing contribution to revenue.
- Lead trade marketing initiatives including sales enablement, customer events, solution launches and industry engagement activities.
- Manage agency partners, marketing budgets and campaign investments to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities through customer, competitor and industry analysis and recommend new marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent use of marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Unica, Adobe and campaign analytics tools.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of marketing experience within ICT, cloud, managed services or enterprise technology industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, partner marketing, digital marketing and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing programs that contributed measurable pipeline growth, SQL generation and revenue outcomes.
- Previous experience leading a small marketing team and/or managing marketing programs involving agencies, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital, Business or related discipline.
