Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in telecommunications, specifically focusing on 5G and eSIM technologies, and a proven ability to cultivate and manage innovation partnerships. In this role, you will lead the product strategy development, execution, and lifecycle management of our 5G and eSIM product portfolio. You will also play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships with industry associations, government bodies, and strategic partners to drive innovation and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

Develop the product strategy and deliver the product roadmap for 5G, eSIM and emerging mobile technologies, aligning with company goals and market trends.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential partnership synergies.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and support escalations to continuously improve customer experience and customer satisfaction.
Act as a subject matter expert on 5G, eSIM and emerging technologies, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Define product requirements and user stories based on market insights, competitive analysis, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to prioritize features and enhancements, considering both business priorities and technical feasibility.
Lead efforts to establish and nurture partnerships with industry associations, government entities, and key stakeholders to drive StarHub's innovation agenda.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in product management within the telecommunications industry within Singapore and/or other markets
Deep understanding of 5G architecture, standards (e.g., 3GPP), deployment models, and eSIM technology trends.
Strong technical background with experience in defining and delivering complex telecom products or services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing innovation partnerships with industry associations, government agencies, and other companies.
