Job Description

 

Role purpose


Grow digital sales and improve online customer experience
Responsible for campaign planning, and execution on online store. Responsible for onboard new products, support marketing campaigns, increase conversions with improved online user journeys, and undertake test and develop efforts to ensure system readiness and implement fixes & enhancements.
Improve customer (Internal and external) feedback by continuously enhancing online store

 

Responsibilities


• Digital Sales: Plan and execute online campaigns
o Prepare quarterly roadmap and monthly calendar for acquisition and retention offers in conjunction with marketing - acquisition and retention teams
o Work on actual roll out of campaigns, - work with IT team in creating offer in system and production verification
o Update comms plan with all stakeholders
o Enhance availability and discoverability of online offers to improve online experience
o Improve performance on ongoing basis. Conduct daily data analysis on sales / banner / page performance for each campaign


• Digital Sales: Platform stability
o Track negative feedback from customers
o Liaise with Customer Support, IT Team on any resolving issues faced by customers
o Partner with CS team to handle any customer queries for ongoing promotions, handle exception handling as and when required.


• Digital Sales: Project management: Customer experience
o Conduct through analysis of customer pain points through their journey and suggest enhancements
o Work with customer service team to plan for enhancements required to resolve customer issues


• Project Management: Launch new products
o Create customer journeys and schedule meetings with stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables
o Understand the application functionalities and documented requirements
o Attend Requirements and Information Architecture review sessions where necessary.
o Identify interdependencies, ambiguities in documentation and make suggestions to improve requirements and optimize usability
o Draft & review test scenarios with stakeholders
o Execute test cases in relation to functional and UI end-to-end testing, report on test results within specified timeframe
o Post launch monitoring: Work with analytics team to create for performance report for all the projects

Qualifications


• Past experience in Digital Industry. Ecommerce/ marketing and Project management preferred.
• Good technical knowledge, 4 years of hands-on experience in operations/project management, prior experience in agile is preferred.
• Experience in working with different stakeholders
• Understanding of internet and mobile phone/tablets services landscape, technologies, and customer behaviour.
• Attentive to details, keen to understand the needs of customers, team player & fast learner.
• Excellent verbal/ written communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
