Senior Manager/Manager, SME Mobile

Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategy with P&L responsibility for the SME market.
• Expand SME mobile market shares, revenue, subscribers and profitability.
• Conduct business analysis and forecast product performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product lifecycle strategy.
• Conceptualize, plan, and develop end-to-end new products.
• Utilize consumer feedback, metrics, and market research for innovation and product construct.
• Develop and grow strategic partnerships to appeal to the SME market with segment specific program.
• Analyse SME buying and usage behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively across functions for overall company objectives.
• Track competitors' activities and develop countermeasures.
• Drive agile leadership to navigate market shifts effectively.

Requirements and Experience

Qualifications

• Degree in management, marketing, business, economics or a closely related field with at least 10 years of experience in go-to-market for SME market.
• Experience in strategic partnerships and construct of business promotional program.
• Strong business acumen and ability to construct and evaluate business case and business performance.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, project management, digital and agile.
• Story telling capability and ability to stitch things for a synchronized 360 rollout.
• Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem solving. 
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships across all levels.
