Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to step into the role of Senior Manager for giga! For a 12-month contract role. This role holds end-to-end responsibility for the business, including full P&L ownership, and will lead the brand, product, and operations functions to drive growth, customer experience, and profitability in a fast-paced, agile environment.
We are looking for someone with a strong challenger mindset—curious, bold, and always willing to test new ideas, push boundaries, and bring fresh thinking to the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & P&L Ownership
- Own and manage the full P&L of the giga business, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and KPIs
- Monitor performance and drive data-led decisions to optimize commercial outcomes
2. Brand & Marketing Leadership
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and communications to strengthen market presence
- Oversee acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns across all channels
- Champion innovative and bold marketing approaches to differentiate the brand
3. Product Strategy & Management
- Define and drive product roadmap, including pricing, packaging, and value propositions
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to enhance competitiveness
- Continuously test and iterate on new product ideas and propositions
4. Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including customer support, service delivery, and process optimization
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction
- Drive efficiency while exploring new ways to improve and simplify customer journeys
5. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team with direct reports and an extended team across marketing, product, and operations
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and agile team culture
- Encourage experimentation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver business outcomes
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with full P&L ownership, preferably in telecommunications, digital, or tech-driven businesses
- Strong challenger mindset with a track record of driving innovation and change
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into execution
- Experience across brand/marketing, product management, and operations
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in a digital-first or challenger brand environment
- Familiarity with subscription-based or telecom business models
