We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager with a proven track record leading the development and execution of an aggregated gaming platform strategy, driving user growth and revenues. The successful candidate will display strong communication skills, flexibility to tailor approaches, recalibrate performance indicators and adapt responsively to dynamic market situations. 
The Candidate of the aggregated Gaming Platform (GameHub+) is responsible for the overall success of GameHub+. This includes, managing the platform's operations, and ensuring that the platform meets the needs of its users

•    Develop and execute the GameHub+ platform's strategy, including setting goals and objectives, identifying and targeting new markets, and developing new features and products.
•    Manage the GameHub+ platform's operations, including overseeing the development and maintenance of the platform's infrastructure, managing, and growing the platform's content library, and ensuring that the platform is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
•    Ensure that the platform meets the needs of its users by conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and making improvements to the platform based on user feedback.
•    Work with other departments within StarHub to ensure that the platform is integrated with the company's other products and services.
•    Drive user growth and revenue growth 
•    Develop and implement product design and development
•    Increase profitability of the business 
•    Drive brand awareness of GameHub+
•    Manage data analytics linking this to actionable user insights 
•    Lead and manage internal and external partners/vendors 
•    Responsible for planning and execution of Go-to-market plans


•    7+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on aggregated gaming platforms.
•    Strong understanding of the aggregated gaming platform business model.
•    Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans.
•    Experience in managing and leading teams.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Experience in working with startups and scaleups.
•    Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, including developers, publishers, and users.
