Learning & Development (L&D) Senior Manager
- Enable a skills driven workforce
- Support the rollout of StarHub’s Learning & Development plan and its embedment into key HR Functions (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management etc.)
- Leverage HR System to identify pertinent skills gaps and learning needs
- Drive the achievement of key success metrics for Learning across Organization / Divisions
- Measure and report effectiveness of Training programmes in achieving Business goals outcomes
- Develop Corporate Learning Framework
- Undertake Learning Needs Analysis across StarHub to identify skills strengths and gaps so that Training undertaken by StarHubbers is proactive
- Identify, build and operationalize Technical Skills Frameworks for key Job Families
- Successfully Execute StarHub’s Leadership and People Manager Programmes
- Support organization-level training programme owners (e.g. Onboarding, Cybersecurity, Design Thinking, etc.) in achieving learning outcomes
- Analyse and optimize collaboration with providers that best fit StarHub’s workforce Core and Technical Skills needs
- Identify and leverage Government Grants and Learning Initiatives to augment StarHub’s training budget to achieve Organization and Division learning goals
- Enhance StarHub’s Culture of Learning
- Lead and run Organization level Learning Engagement Activities (e.g. Lunch & Learn)
- Plan and execute Organization-level learning programmes to build a culture of learning
- Support Divisions to build up Learning Culture through Engagement activities
- Work with stakeholders to achieve of Organization-Led and Self-Directed learning hours
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of Learning and Development experience.
- Experience in linking Learning needs with Business Outcomes
- Desire to build and drive a Skills-powered organization
- Digitally-savvy and adept with the use of digital Learning tools (e.g. LinkedIn Learning)
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Experience in Instructional Design beneficial
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS beneficial
