Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving new business vertical Revenues & Subscriber KPIs (acquisition, conversions, churn, end base) 
• Drive adoption of online sales
• Responsible for defining and introducing new promotions and offers
• Work in collaboration with Product & other teams to achieve business outcome
• Report on number of customers acquired, conversions, churn, end base, revenue 
• Advise / propose offers related to channels (online/offline)  
• Key contact point for new business verticals GTM
• Key alignment with Sales, Digital & CLM (Shared business KPIs)
• Partner with internal stakeholders Legal to ensure legislation compliance and with Customer Experience for best-in-class digital experience and journey as and when required

Requirements

• Degree in management / marketing / economics or related field with at least 10 years of experience in related areas of mobile, home broadband, entertainment, and/or new business verticals such as Gaming, Insurance, Security, Health etc to drive GTM Business KPI’s (Revenue P&L & Subscribers)
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, project management & digital.
• Story telling capability and ability to stitch things for a synchronised 360 rollout.
• Excellent communication skills and project management and execution skills
• Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem solving
• Adaptable in a fast pace environment
