Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to join our Product Management team to lead Starhub’s product team for Mobile Product(s) for business clients. As Senior Manager, you will lead a team of product managers and take ownership of our mobile tariff plans & value-added services and other mobile products for the Singapore domestic market. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product managers through the ideation, development, launch and life cycle management of our mobile tariff plans and value-added services (VAS), and our portfolio of mobile products such as device leasing, insurance, device lifecycle management and telecom expense management (TEM).
  • In collaboration with the consumer division and EBG Sales & GTM, shape the vision, product roadmap and go to market strategy for mobile products for the EBG.
  • Develop and deliver features and value-added-services that enhance the customer experience and drive key metrics such as mobile market share, CR, recon, NPS and LTV.
  • Manage a talented team of product managers and collaborate with StarHub Consumer, Information Services (IS), Sales Ops, EBG sales, Finance and marketing functions. 
  • Develop and grow talent actively through mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies. 
  • Lead experiments in line with StarHub’s overall product management strategy and framework to test riskiest assumptions and to prove/disprove hypothesis, adding insights and information to our knowledge base.

A few things about you

  • You can create and communicate a vision on how to introduce a product and how a product will evolve.
  • You have experience leading a team at a Manager, Sr Manager, GM, Director, or start-up equivalent level.
  • You understand the dynamics of the Singapore mobile (enterprise & consumer) market, competitor landscape, and how to effectively differentiate from competitors with tariffs, promotions and VAS.
  • You know how to construct mobile tariff plans and VAS well enough to help your team prioritise and bring them to market.
  • You are comfortable with large data sets, quantitative analytics and financial metric analysis, and how to apply these for data-supported decision making.
  • You engage, influence and align other people to support your decisions at an executive and a working level, and for product/engineering teams to do the work needed to progress your priority, initiative or project. 
  • You can build products and services where there is ambiguity on what to build and when.
  • You hold productive dialogs with customers, sales and customer experience teams; you can quickly identify problems worth solving and can explain your rationale with data. 
  • You aim for running effective meetings and you know how to stay organised; you are not afraid to ask for help to unblock yourself or your team.


  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably at a Telco, tech or software company.
  • 3+ years of experience working with mobile tariff plans, VAS and other mobile products.
  • Domain expertise in the Singapore domestic enterprise (/consumer) mobile market preferred.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence software, such as Tableau, and Excel is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vendors like Apple and Samsung is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile Product Development is a plus.
  • Tertiary degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related fields.
