You will lead our Digital Marketing Communications team, being responsible for planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, identifying marketing trend and mentoring the Digital Marketing Team. You are involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process.

 

The Head of Digital Marketing Communications is the key person in charge of executing our digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is there for essential that he/she has hands/on experience using various digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Development of the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Implement digital marketing activities across broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
  • Manage and maintain the company’s own media including websites, mobile apps, email/CRM communication (in collaboration with the CLM team)
  • Develop strategic communications plans for, engagement, promotional dissemination to relevant target audience of brand and marketing content, including planning, implementation and tracking of digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic, SEO) for all LoB
  • In collaboration with the web team, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and search

  • Responsible for the overall web experience, all social media channels, blogs, article creation related to our 360 campaigns
  • Responsible for the implementation of our visual identity in the digital channels, tone of voice and personality.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Competitor analysis and understanding the latest trends within digital marketing and driving implementation of the relevant trends to always be in the forefront of our industry
  • Develop promotions and communications liaising with other departments e.g. CBG, EBG, HR and Corporate Communications
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on our strategic social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and continuously evaluate new channels such as TikTok, Twich, Stack Overflow etc.
  • Create and assist in preparing and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs etc) including at times high-level public speeches for spokespersons within CBG.
  • Responsible for target setting and follow up on yearly Digital Score Card, monthly evaluation of digital performance, and weekly enhancements and reporting of ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications

 

  • Hands/on experience with inbound marketing systems and familiarity with marketing automation practices
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing with focus in content development and reporting and Search Engine Marketing
  • Ability to forge relationships with media
  • Expert knowledge in the latest digital and social media technology and channels and how-to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Copywriting and copyediting
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google etc.
  • Highly motivated, quick/learner, self-starter, degree in communications, marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communications from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
