Job Description
Job Purpose
The Business Performance and Operational Excellence team is responsible for championing business process improvement, data analytics, as well as other value improvement solutions, in order to provide the efficiency leverage for EBG business to grow sustainably.
Responsibilities
Strategic Performance Evaluation and KPI Development
• Lead strategic evaluations of financial performance across service lines, emphasizing overall profitability and contribution to the Enterprise Business Group.
• Drive the development and implementation of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
Advanced Data Analysis and Collaboration
• Provide leadership in collaborating with service line leaders and finance teams to gather, analyze, and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data.
• Spearhead evaluations of the effectiveness of implemented plans and initiatives, identifying high-impact areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication and Executive Recommendations
• Communicate sophisticated findings and insights to stakeholders, providing strategic, actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and service line leaders to align financial decisions with overarching organizational objectives.
Holistic Process and Performance Improvement
• Identify and recommend high-impact opportunities for comprehensive process and performance improvements, driving initiatives for expense reduction, revenue enhancement, and efficiency maximization.
Leadership in Documentation and Quality Assurance
• Provide leadership in maintaining clear and organized documentation of performance data, trends, and analysis.
• Ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in performance data through rigorous quality assurance measures.
Innovative Data Integrity Strategies
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for ensuring the integrity of data used in performance evaluations, staying ahead of emerging challenges.
Thought Leadership and Mentorship
• Offer thought leadership in the field of performance analysis, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requriements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in business performance management with a strategic mindset, agility in responding, and strong judgement;
- Having Telecommunications and ICT products knowledge is a plus.
- Excellence business acumen and strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to tie strategy, product, and new changes to potential business impact.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools and financial modeling.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement meaningful KPIs that drive strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in aligning financial decisions with organizational objectives.
- Must be able to work independently with extensive experience of running and working in a diversified team with positive collaboration within a fast-paced team environment.
