Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Integration Manager to spearhead our regional integration initiatives within the Enterprise Business Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing complex integration projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving operational efficiency across Singapore and Malaysia. The Integration Manager will foster collaboration with various stakeholders across locations to ensure successful implementation of program initiatives, thereby driving alignment with our overarching business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic oversight : Lead the development and execution of integration strategies across Singapore and Malaysia that align with the overarching vision and local market needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Project management  : Manage medium to large-scale integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external partners to identify integration opportunities, address business risks and drive resolution across multiple locations.
  • Process optimization : Analyze and enhance existing processes, workflows and systems implementing best practices that promote efficiency and effectiveness for regional service lines and corporate functions.
  • Change management : Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support teams through transitions, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Performance measurement : Establish and monitor key performance indicators and performance metrics to evaluate integration success, providing regular updates to executive leadership on program outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Mentorship and team development : Mentor and develop integration team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration / Project Management / Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in integration, project management, or operations, with a strong focus on enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale integration projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Able to travel
