Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Integration Manager to spearhead our regional integration initiatives within the Enterprise Business Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing complex integration projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving operational efficiency across Singapore and Malaysia. The Integration Manager will foster collaboration with various stakeholders across locations to ensure successful implementation of program initiatives, thereby driving alignment with our overarching business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic oversight: Lead the development and execution of integration strategies across Singapore and Malaysia that align with the overarching vision and local market needs.
  • Project management: Manage complex medium to large-scale projects across geography, entities and domains. Project management experience is a must and candidate be able to see through project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external partners to define joint value propositions, GTM engagement model, address integration conflicts and drive resolution across teams.
  • Provide transformation leadership: Lead transformation initiatives, oversee and drive Change Management and Business Process Optimization workstreams by working with stakeholders to implement best practices and orchestrate the execution of change management plans including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • People skills: Ability to communicate, interact and collaborate with others in a professional and effective way, developing win-win propositions by finding common ground or negotiating solutions to address different viewpoints and motivations.
  • Market Research and Data Analysis: Conduct market research (Primary and Secondary), keep track of technology trends, competitive landscape and market developments in the region.  

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of working experience across roles including consulting, business transformation, project management, sales support, business operations in Telco Enterprise ICT providers, Enterprise ICT Service Providers, Global Managed Services Providers and mid-large System Integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, mid to large-scale enterprise ICT or transformation projects and in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must be a self-motivator, possess leadership and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Able to travel
