Responsibilities

The jobholder supports execution of financial reporting deliverables and commission operations by ensuring timely and accurate commission payout. Supports scheme configuration activities end to end. Be a key driver of automation initiatives and continual process improvements; and function as liaison officer to offshore delivery centre and proactively collaborate with offshore counterparts in the completion of operations.

• Support Scheme Configuration activities including discussion with Finance Advocates and Sales Team on strategy & plans, contribute to scheme simulation activities and perform UAT for new scheme rollouts.
• Support Commission Processing by providing offshore partner with policies, procedures and rules for document on commissions processing.
• Ensure all financial / non-financial data required for commission computations are generated and provided to BPO Provider team in a timely manner.
• Analyse and perform sanity checks on commission reporting from various sources, validate data and research all exceptions.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to business functions in their strategy setting and decision-making.
• Drive/support system implementation and process improvements through partnering with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or its equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of finance / accounting working experience.
• Able to deal with difficult situations while maintaining performance.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills.
• Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Eg: Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
• Well organized and with excellent time management skills, attention to details and accuracy.
• Can handle ambiguity independently and deliver within strict timeline in a fast-paced environment.
• Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis.
