Job summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced social media senior executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth. This role is based in Singapore and requires someone who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: Actively support the social media lead in building strategies that align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Community Management: Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise content and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand voice across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer partnerships.
- Agile Adaptation: Quickly adapt strategies in response to real-time performance data and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative content ideas.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and social media developments.
- Basic photo/video editing skills with tools such as CapCut or Adobe is a plus.
- Experience in the Singapore market is highly preferred.
