Role Overview
The Senior Executive, GTM – Prepaid Mobile will support the planning and execution of prepaid go-to-market initiatives across acquisition, base management, product refreshes, promotions, and competitive responses.
This role will work closely with the AVP and cross-functional teams to translate market insights, customer behaviour, competitive movements, and business performance into actionable GTM plans. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable coordinating across Product, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Care, Finance, IT, and Sales channels to deliver timely launches and measurable business outcomes.

A GTM-focused role supporting prepaid mobile launches, promotions, competitive responses, and channel execution by coordinating stakeholders, tracking readiness, and ensuring smooth market delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Planning & Launch Execution
• Support prepaid GTM plans for product refreshes, promotions, campaigns, and competitive responses.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Care, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations.
• Maintain GTM timelines, launch checklists, issue trackers, and risk logs.
2. Channel Readiness
• Ensure retail, reseller, distributor, digital, telesales, and customer care teams are ready for launch.
• Coordinate frontline training materials, FAQs, selling guides, customer communications, and operational updates.
• Track channel feedback and escalate issues before and after launch.
3. Campaign & Promotion Execution
• Support execution of acquisition, reload, roaming, IDD, tourist SIM, and tactical prepaid promotions.
• Coordinate offer setup, campaign mechanics, customer journey, creative requirements, and launch communications.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned across channels.
4. Competitive Response Coordination
• Track competitor prepaid offers and support fast GTM responses.
• Coordinate internal alignment for tactical offers, reseller pushes, and customer-facing updates.
5. Cross-Functional Follow-Through
• Drive follow-through on GTM action items, dependencies, approvals, and post-launch fixes.
• Support weekly GTM updates and ensure stakeholders are aligned on scope, timing, and launch status.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, campaign execution, channel coordination, or project management.
• Experience in telco, prepaid, consumer tech, retail, e-commerce, fintech, or travel-related consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong understanding of GTM execution across product launches, promotions, channel readiness, customer communications, and frontline enablement.
• Good coordination skills, with ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and launch checklists.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Care, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate launch requirements into clear action items and stakeholder updates.
• Hands-on, organised, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-moving competitive environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards, and basic performance tracking tools.
• Bonus: experience with prepaid, roaming, IDD, tourist SIM, distributor/reseller channels, or retail sales execution.
