Digital Marketing Senior Executive
- Own the end-to-end performance reporting of all digital campaigns across advertising platforms, web analytics, and business outcomes. Ensure reporting frameworks are consistent, accurate, and actionable.
- Work with media agencies and internal stakeholders (marketing, product, go-to-market teams) to connect campaign performance with business objectives, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models to assess the proper contribution of channels and audiences across the conversion funnel.
- Partner with the media agency to evaluate and calibrate channel and audience mix, while integrating learnings from campaign data and attribution outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the web analytics and conversion teams to continuously assess landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths — driving improvements in CVR and CAC.
- Guardian of the performance reporting rhythm: build dashboards, consolidate insights, and present results and storylines to internal stakeholders (up to VP level) with clarity and confidence.
- Monitor campaign data in real time to identify anomalies or opportunities, enabling faster and more data-driven optimisation.
- Continuously research and test new measurement approaches, channels, and formats that can enhance both media efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a digital media buyer.
- Solid media buying experience on at least 2 of the following digital channels: Search Ads / Social Ads / Display Ads.
- Solid hands-on experience in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a big plus).
- Excellent analytical skills and willing to be hands-on with data
