Job Description

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for the selection and implementation cybersecurity solutions to create the cybersecurity products under the Secure-X initiatives. Cybersecurity solutions evaluation, technical writing, Hybrid Mult-Cloud security solutions. Ideate, design, and implement effective security use cases for the internal and external customers. 

Security Solution Evaluation
Assess and evaluate various security tools and solutions to enhance overall security posture.
Conduct market research on emerging technologies and provide recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Technical Writing
Technical Writer with expertise in cybersecurity to facilitate the onboarding of multiple Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) onto our marketplace. Create comprehensive documentation, including onboarding guides, integration manuals, and best practice resources. 
Work closely with ISVs and internal teams to ensure clear communication of technical requirements and compliance standards. 

Cloud Security & Solutioning
Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud solutions across multiple platforms (Alicloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid models.
Establish and enforce cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with industry standards.
Lead cloud security initiatives and ensure infrastructure resilience through robust architecture.

Data Resiliency
Develop strategies to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols to support data resilience within cloud and hybrid models.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless data protection across platforms.

Application Security & Vulnerability Management
Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patching processes to secure applications and prevent exploitation.
Support secure development practices, including code reviews and application security testing.
Coordinate with development teams to address security issues in the CI/CD pipeline.

Red Teaming & Security Testing
Support red team activities by providing insights into system vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
Conduct penetration testing and simulate real-world attacks to evaluate the strength of security defenses.
Collaborate with security operations to improve incident detection and response mechanisms.
 
Privilege Access Management (PAM)
Implement and manage Privileged Access Management solutions to safeguard critical systems.
Define access control policies, enforce least privilege, and monitor privileged accounts for unauthorized access.

Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, and Compliance, to support a secure and resilient infrastructure.
Prepare detailed reports on security risks, incidents, and compliance status for stakeholders.
Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
Proven experience with cloud platforms (Alicloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security tools.
Knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and security compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, CIS).
Hands-on experience with privileged access management solutions and security testing tools.
Familiarity with red teaming activities and incident response processes.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty, CompTIA Cloud+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
