ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Digital Designer is a highly skilled digital craft practitioner with strong expertise in layout, typography, campaign visual development, and scalable creative systems. This role develops Key Visual directions and builds the modular templates, component libraries, and AI-assisted creative frameworks that power high-volume campaign production with brand consistency. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, not one-off executions, and can build creative infrastructure that enables fast, consistent, high-quality production at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Key Visual concepts and campaign creative directions covering layout, typography, product presentation, and CTA treatments
- Translate approved KVs into scalable dynamic creative templates across multiple digital formats and placements
- Build and maintain modular template systems, component libraries, and scalable creative frameworks for high-volume production
- Develop reusable design components including headlines, CTAs, pricing modules, product lockups, and motion presets
- Establish AI-assisted creative generation standards including prompt frameworks, style references, and visual quality benchmarks
- Produce motion-based creative treatments and animated ad variants for digital campaign adaptation
- Review and uphold visual quality standards across campaign outputs, ensuring brand consistency and production readiness
- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and creative team to support scalable campaign execution
- Evaluate incoming briefs against existing template systems and determine requirements for new builds or adaptations
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, scalability gaps, or quality issues and recommend improvements
- Continuously evolve template systems, creative workflows, and production standards based on business and platform needs
- Undertake other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned by the supervisor or management, in line with evolving business and operational needs
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in digital design, campaign production, or performance marketing environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout craft, typography, campaign visual development, and scalable design systems
- Experience handling high-volume campaign production across agency, in-house, or commercially driven environments
- Experience producing creatives for sales campaigns, festive campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
- Proven experience building modular template systems and reusable creative assets for production teams
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creative and conversion-led campaign execution
- Experience working within structured brand systems and campaign ecosystems
- Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, and scalable layout systems across digital placements
- Able to collaborate effectively across creative, marketing, and production teams
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of visual quality and brand consistency
REQUIREMENTS
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with ad automation and dynamic creative platforms such as Smartly.io or similar systems
- Working proficiency in AI-assisted image, video, and audio generation workflows
- Strong understanding of digital ad specifications across social and display platforms
- Exposure to telco, e-commerce, retail, or high-volume consumer brand environments is advantageous
- Print collateral production experience is an advantage
