Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for all client account matters.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Holds ownership of bigger sized portfolio revenue and account matrix.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of new opportunities, present, negotiate and close to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional internal departments to ensure that clients requirements are understood and met.
  • Ensure timely and successful presentation of client-focused solutions based on clients’ requirements and objectives.
  • Track and analyze usage data for account reviews.
  • Assist with challenging client request or issue escalation as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with preference for technology related discipline and minimum 5 years experience in solutions selling. 
  • In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environment will be preferred.
  • Energetic, proactive, independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skill.
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus, takes rejection as a personal challenge to success when given opportunity.
