Job Description

• Carry out basic data mining, analyse the data, and provide insights that can improve and sustain high quality mobile network performance
• Plan, optimize and monitor the network performance based on user experience pro-actively and reactively

Responsibilities

• Assist the RF Engineers to carry out data mining for optimization analysis purposes
• Generate statistical reports and perform first tier analysis and troubleshooting of network
• Monitor, identify, isolate network issues, correct/ adjust the parameters, and assess the impact of post-optimisation performance
• Validate network performance through drive tests during software upgrades, tests, and upgrade of network elements
• Provide support to projects involving network growth, integration of corporate networks, and new feature/ service trials and Implementations
• Proactively evaluate network performance to minimize complaints and improve quality of service to the customers

Qualifications

• Diploma in Data Science/ Data Analytics/ Information Technology/ Telecommunication
• Familiar with the use of programming languages eg Java/ C#, Pyton, Visual Studio and MySQL
• Possesses Class 3 manual driving license
• Willing to work night jobs occasionally
