Job Description

Commercial A2P SMS & Voice:

  • Conceptualize, craft and A2P SMS and IDD Voice commercial deals with relevant carriers/aggregators to provide best revenue and cost outcome.
  • Handle the re-negotiation for more competitive voice IDD rates and return revenue.
  • To work with multi-parties internally and externally to optimally tune up A2P SMS pricing to increase revenue.
  • Manage and cost optimize existing Global SMS / Global MMS partners.
  • Keep abreast with A2P (SMS, RCS) and voice industry to identify & develop new revenue stream 

Business support:

  • Voice Volume Commitment management
  • A2P SMS traffic tracking and monitoring to identify abusers
  • Financial modelling and computation for wholesales A2P SMS & IDD voice deals
  • Contract Management for A2P SMS, Voice and Roaming
  • International voice, A2P SMS revenue/cost reporting

Other Requirements

  • Commercial aptitude is very crucial and strong inter-personal communications skills required to engage internal and external parties.
  • Manage international carriers and partner relationship
  • Able to drive negotiations with International carriers or third party solutions provider.





Minimum degree in any discipline. 

Experience: Minimum of 2~3 years direct working experience in Telecommuncations Industry, preferably in International voice/A2P related fields.  Good working and personal network with overseas carriers.  Have a good working knowledge and understanding of International Voice/A2P services and International Networks. This includes but not limited to matters relating to the International Telecoms market, global carriers in the countries therein, the competitive environment, the interconnect structure, cost structures, and regulations. 

Interpersonal: The candidate should be highly motivated and a self-starter and should possess excellent presentation and written/spoken interpersonal skills, both externally and within the company.  Able to travel regularly to meet with carrier partners in order to foster stronger and more strategic long-term relationship with the said carriers. Self-driven and ability to work independently in a demanding, fast pace and competitive environment.
