Sales Specialist, Outsourced CX

Job Purpose
This new role is created to drive acquisition of greenfield outsourced call center opportunities, especially in the government and enterprise space. The sales specialist bridges client needs with StarHub’s CX outsource solutions to achieve client goals for digital transformation, process innovation, and business results. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding StarHub’s customer base in these highly strategic segments, navigating complex sales cycles and shaping tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new BPO outsourced call center opportunities in the government and enterprise segments.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle — from discovery to proposal development and commercial closure.
• Develop solution-based value propositions in partnership with internal teams (e.g. Presales, Product, Legal).
• Drive stakeholder engagement across procurement, IT, and business to influence buying decisions.
• Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and meet or exceed annual sales quota.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with an outsourced call center BPO provider.
• Proven track record in building and converting greenfield accounts.
• Experience navigating public sector procurement and tender processes.
• Strong understanding of regional/global BPO decision-making dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and solution-selling capability.
• Self-starter mindset with high accountability and resilience.
