Job Purpose

We are looking for a Collaboration Sales Specialist for CX and Collaboration services in the Enterprise Business Group (EBG). As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of opportunities, starting from the identification to the closure for voice and collaboration products in the Enterprise and Wholesale sector.

You will partner with account managers, solution architects, and product managers, and be responsible for acquiring deals, through offering a compelling business proposal to boost sales and profitability. You will be responsible for seeing through deals to closure and delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including sales, revenue & profit targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive business roadmap to achieve these targets, which includes defining the go-to-market strategy, resources/skill alignment, business partnerships and investment.
  • Independently own the Sales Specialist role - coordinating with marketing on lead generation, following up on leads, and opportunity conversions.
  • Develop effective business proposals, slides and a pitch that translates the benefits of the voice and collaboration products into quantifiable business outcomes that meet customer needs.
  • Build and consolidate a database of sales collateral, including sales cheat sheet, product offerings, competitive landscape, benchmark market price and client references.
  • Implement regular sales management cadences, including business performance, pipeline and forecast.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field with at least 8 years of experience in Voice and Collaboration product sales, preferably at a software, tech, or telco company.
  • Deep industry product knowledge of SIP, Unified Communications and Cloud-based calling solutions.
  • Proven sales track record, with experience in leading and closing of large deals.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skill with experience engaging C-Suite members.
  • Resilient individual who is able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in regional sales would be preferred
