Sales Ops Manager
Responsibilities
1) Manage and oversee the Sales Operations Fixed team to ensure that:
a) Sales orders are followed through end to end till completion
b) Handle issues escalated from the team, liaising with respective stakeholders from different departments to drive the issues to closure
c) Resolves customers’ disputes by investigating problems; developing solutions
d) Track Team activities such as waivers, rebates, overdue orders to ensure that they are follow up promptly
e) Keep abreast of new/existing product knowledge
f) Oversee and attend kick off meetings for new products, bulk or complex deals
g) Key stakeholder for any system related enhancements
i. Provide key requirements to IS during requirements gathering
ii. Participate in IA reviews, Product briefing
h) Monitors the team’s productivity and ensures that each team member’s workload is within their work capacity
2) Manage and oversee the Billing team:
a) Ensures the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of billing reports to be sent to customer
b) Be the liaison party with customer for any enquiries, requests or issue escalation/disputes
c) Key stakeholder for any system related enhancements
d) Provide support to Finance for any audit related queries
e) Monitors the team’s productivity and ensures that each team member’s workload is within their work capacity
3) Improve ops process (if any) through implementation of better measures/new technologies (e.g., RPA, Tableau)
4) Analyze and report on team performance with reports and dashboards
5) Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
Qualifications
1. Diploma in business management/operations related field with at least 10 yrs working experience in sales operations supporting B2B set up in tech / teleco related industry
2. Experience leading a team, able to coach and guide team members
3. Proficient in MS office software
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Adaptable and resilient to be able to work in a fast pace environment
