Job Description

The Sales Operations Executive role is for a StarHub subsidiary. This role supports day to day operations pertaining to all new orders, liaising both externally & internally on orders. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • End-end fulfilment of Orders: Order processing according to the agreed SLA. Includes updating ETAs, arrangement of deliveries, coordination with services team, sending out e-licenses, billing, etc.
  • Act as the key link in communication with our customers for enquiries on their orders.
  • Work closely with other functions like Procurement, Finance, Sales, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and build good relationships with suppliers and customers to fulfil their requirements through prompt response via email/phone
  • Perform billing
  • Assist with Customers’ RMA requests, when required
  • Reports for Partners, backlog, etc. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Skills, Experience and Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or in relevant fields
  • Related working experience in a similar position especially in supply chain operations, processing, and documentation flows
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline
  • Willing to work as a team and share responsibilities where needed
  • Able to handle day to day tasks with No or little supervision
  • Demonstrate adaptability with desire to learn new technical and non-technical skills
  • Self-motivated and positive
