Sales Channel Manager

Job Description
Footprint execution:
Define the number of footprints required per target area together with the management team
Analyse the market data and identify geographical areas with high sales potential
Maintain the sales footprint and optimise the distribution network
Research and recommend new dealer locations based on market demographics, competitor presence and sales potential
Work with the management and the sales team to set up the footprints and types of footprint
Dealer and sales performance management:
Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of qualified sales operation staff
Manage dealer relationships proactively, resolving issues, addressing concerns, and fostering ongoing collaboration.
Propose, sign-off and manage the incentive program of dealers, in line with the business target and motivate performance
Conduct weekly and monthly review sessions with the team to review sales data, analyse the data and identify opportunities for
Synthesize the on-ground feedback from the sales operation team and dealer to the management team to improve the sales performance
Track performance to measure the effectiveness of dealer partnerships and sales incentives
Qualifications

Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in sales operations and relationship management

Proven track records of developing distribution networks and manage relationship with dealers

Strong understanding of B2C sales strategies, partner relationship management and channel development

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
