Responsibilities
- Accountability of revenue protection for enterprise SME segment.
- Able to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Able to recommend the right solution, service plans to clients and prevent them from churning their services.
- Ensure SLA and high level of client satisfaction is maintained.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
- Adhere to established SOP.
Qualifications
- Preferably a diploma holder with at least 1 years Inside Sales or Telemarketing experience.
- Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Excellent English comprehension, writing skills, good interpersonal, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling, time management and organizational skills.
- Able to manage objection handling from clients.
