Job Description

• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time with user satisfaction
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor and track their progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Meet clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as another staff member

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experiences in medium to large scale project implementation
• Good technical experience in system or applications architecture design
• Proficiency in technology specification and standards documentation
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, good presentation and communication skills including persuasive techniques.
• Proven working experience in project management
