Job Purpose

The Project Executive (Govt) supports the Project Manager in planning, delivering and achieving the objectives of large-scale or strategic projects. The Project Executive is expected to adhere to the project management plan to manage the project progress, resource, cost; and facilitates interaction and tasks of various stakeholders to reduce the risks of overall failure. As such, the Project Executive needs to apply knowledge and skills aligned with the industry’s project management best practices and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in start-to-finish delivery of project with high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users’ requirements
• Coordinate new, relocation, upgrade & decommissioning orders
• Process billing and circuit reports
• Submit access clearances for engineers/hardware
• Perform Inventory management & delivery coordination, i.e. Keep track of inventory, moving or arranging delivery to certain locations/sites.
• Notify & schedule dates with customers on migration
• Attend project progress/update meetings and migration coordination calls
• Identify, assess and escalate any risks/issues
• Follow up on customer sign-off & acceptance

Qualifications

• Possess minimally ITE Certification or Diploma in Project Management, Engineering or IT

• Internship or project experience is a plus

• Local or Permanent Resident as clearance by government agencies are required

• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills including ability to communicate to stakeholders

• Able to multi-task and is result-oriented, with energy and able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment

• Logical and analytic approach in handling situations, problems or issues

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Inquisitive learner, good team spirit and willingness to take up new challenges with positive personality and mindset

• Able to perform shift roster for week-day night and weekend duties.
