Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Program Manager to join our Data & AI team. You will drive end-to-end delivery of AI and data platform programs—spanning product development, data infrastructure, and applied AI use cases. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between business needs, product/tech teams, and operational outcomes.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, ensure alignment with business goals, and enable the scale-up of AI-powered solutions across the organization or with external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic AI and data programs across multiple teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business units to ensure programs meet scope, timelines, and ROI targets.
- Roadmap & Milestones: Develop program charters, OKRs, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with product and tech leads.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; drive mitigation plans and course-corrections.
- Budget & Resources: Oversee resource allocation, vendor engagement (if any), and program budgets.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders via reports, dashboards, or steering committees.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy, AI ethics, and enterprise governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in tech, data, or AI domains.
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs with business and technical dimensions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycles, data platforms, or analytics tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with data teams.
- Ability to adapt between waterfall and agile delivery styles depending on the project.
