The Transformation & Products team ensures cross-functional alignment of business goals and technology delivery and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective infrastructure operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into transformative and future-growth initiatives.

The Transformation & Products team partners with the StarHub consumer, enterprise business organizations, and infrastructure operations. Its charter is to develop technology induction and migration strategies and new services rollout, facilitate cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic Industry partnerships and initiatives. Our team thrives on reimagining the future to meet changing strategic and operational needs and align functions and stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its vast potential.

As Program Director, you will be a committed professional, exceptional in delivery in time with a measurable impact while balancing the strategic initiatives in realizing the vision of the "StarHub Autonomous Mobile Cloud Network". Through inclusive and empathetic discussion with Business, Operations, Engineering, and Supplier teams, you can quickly replicate the process across different project workstreams with the help of project coordinators.

Responsibilities:
⦁    Develop a comprehensive program plan involving budget, milestones and processes, in alignment with vision and strategy. 
⦁    Manage the change through proactive stakeholder engagement
⦁    Drive multiple projects to a good finish in time and allocated budget.
⦁    Align Enterprise and Consumer business requirements with the overall program plan.
⦁    Deliver tangible outcomes by working with specific workstream project resources to bring the required efficacy and productivity goals. 
⦁    Act as a bridge between the Operations, Transformation, and Product teams to help achieve flawless execution while adapting to evolving challenges
⦁    Define the policies, procedures, governance relating to developed software and their repository, operating platforms, security and access control, documentation and version control, etc.
⦁    Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
 

Qualifications

⦁    Appropriate qualification in Engineering, with more than 10 years of experiences in managing transformation, technology delivery, or cloud-based network operations roles across technology companies in APAC.
⦁    Experiences in developing, leading, and managing complex mobile networking-related programs or projects
⦁    Experience at cloud-native telecom or cloud providers.
⦁    Experience in balancing strategic and tactical initiatives/projects.
⦁    Excellent organization, prioritization, delivery, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
⦁    Exposure to digital transformation in the telecom domain
⦁    Experience in managing vendor, industry, and third-party relationships
⦁    Experience balancing strategic initiatives with tactical projects by managing a small team of project coordinators directly reporting to you.
