Job Description

Provide Administrative Support 

• Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. engineering, marketing and product teams
• Maintain new and existing products’ configurations or rules setup
• Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures
• Attending and answering customer inquiries through channels like emails

Provide Data Consolidation/Reconciliation & Reporting Support

• Gather & collect necessary information or data for reporting
• Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight
• Reconcile data for internal and 3rd party matching & billing purposes

Operational Support

• Provide product operational support to product managers
• Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders
• Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems

Project Support for Specific Features/Product

• Provide support for specific project and/or smallest stream under the project
• Do testing based on reference or checklist given by Product Manager (PM) and report the result as it is
• Document on how-to-use or product guideline - include screenshot apps or landing page based on guideline or direction from PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome
• Open for all majors, but candidates with Math/Statistics/Computer Science will be preferred
• Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills
• Have a strong willingness to learn
• Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership and can-do attitude
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (SQL knowledge will be a plus point)
• Able to communicate in English, via verbal and written medium. Chinese language proficiency is added advantage
• Having an interest in product management is a plus point
