Job Description

The M2M Product Manager will be pivotal in driving strategic growth through data-driven insights and ensuring the seamless operation of the M2M product offering. This role demands a dynamic professional with a keen understanding of M2M products, strong communication skills, a drive to learn and grow, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales teams in their go-to-market (GTM), customer acquisition and pre-sales activities in Singapore, Malaysia (via Strateq and JOS MY), and other designated markets.​
• Establish and maintain constant communication with our customers, deeply understanding their needs and use cases. ​
• Identify, establish and manage GTM partnerships with telcos in Malaysia and other designated markets for M2M offerings.​
• Further development, contribution to and maintenance of the M2M product experience and journeys to serve and delight customers.​
• Use customer insights, product metrics and customer profiles (segmentation) to inform product development and GTM strategies.​
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and develop IoT use cases/applications to expand our offering, focusing on sustainability and customer experience.​
• Own the fiscal year financial planning and budgeting activities.​
• Provide insights to align financial goals with product strategy.​
• Keep a proactive approach in monitoring, managing and resolving support tickets in collaboration with the support teams.​
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, support and platform teams to document and maintain product processes and FAQs.​
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing strategies and collaterals.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of working experience.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in M2M or related industries.​
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage product metrics. ​
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.​
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.​
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
