Job Description
The M2M Product Manager will be pivotal in driving strategic growth through data-driven insights and ensuring the seamless operation of the M2M product offering. This role demands a dynamic professional with a keen understanding of M2M products, strong communication skills, a drive to learn and grow, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales teams in their go-to-market (GTM), customer acquisition and pre-sales activities in Singapore, Malaysia (via Strateq and JOS MY), and other designated markets.
- Establish and maintain constant communication with our customers, deeply understanding their needs and use cases.
- Identify, establish and manage GTM partnerships with telcos in Malaysia and other designated markets for M2M offerings.
- Further development, contribution to and maintenance of the M2M product experience and journeys to serve and delight customers.
- Use customer insights, product metrics and customer profiles (segmentation) to inform product development and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and develop IoT use cases/applications to expand our offering, focusing on sustainability and customer experience.
- Own the fiscal year financial planning and budgeting activities.
- Provide insights to align financial goals with product strategy.
- Keep a proactive approach in monitoring, managing and resolving support tickets in collaboration with the support teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, support and platform teams to document and maintain product processes and FAQs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing strategies and collaterals.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT/Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in M2M or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage product metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
