Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Business Ownership: Responsible for the revenue, KPI and success for portfolio of Omni-channel A2P Messaging Services.
- Management and Leadership (Lead Role): Manage products offering to deliver results and value for the organization, with ownership of revenue and performance targets.
- Product Strategy:
- Drive product strategy for Omni-channel A2P Messaging Services.
- Assess market demand and supply, to drive relevant products portfolio to meet market needs.
- Assess competitive strategy and go-to-market formula for targeted customer segments.
- Owns products pricing, features, positioning and competitiveness.
- Product Development & Life-cycle Management:
- Owns product development end-to-end cycle from conceptualization to roll-out, including working with internal and external stakeholders to successfully roll-out and maintain product lifecycle.
- Owns products business case development and management (CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, Risks, etc.), including driving cost optimization, internal stakeholder approvals, maintain products performance and profitability.
- Drive and supports ongoing optimization of process and operations, including management of exceptional or non-standard requirements.
- Drive products and program roadmap for long-term products growth.
- Performance Management:
- Responsible for regular business performance reporting, including financials, customer trends, growth reports.
- Technology and Partnership Management:
- Good understanding of technology trend and ecosystem, work with multiple partners to drive cost effective and differentiated market offerings.
- Supports on-going assessment and adoption of new technology to enhance product offerings.
- Support major Customer Opportunities:
- Supports sales and technical team for major customer opportunities and tenders, including customer presentation and negotiation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer or Business management (preferably with Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in products or solutions with telecommunications service provider or technology provider.
- Successful track records of products management or business management, with at least $5m revenue annually.
- Independent, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in fast moving and competitive environment.
- Strong teamwork, able to work well in multi-cultural and multi-domain environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to lead both internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to understand complex situations and translate solutions into actions for business results.
- Analytical, detailed and possess good presentation skills.
