Job Description

This will be a hands-on position that involves the combination of administration, and back-end operations. This individual must oversee day-to-day operational activities and manage a diverse and interesting portfolio of tasks.

• Involvement in marketing, financial, and operations projects & campaigns.
• Coordinate between multiple parties like Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, IS, and logistics for smooth planning and execution.
• Supporting operations management such as the configuration of price, promotion offers, stock codes, and product features, and for new product launches, raising purchase requests and orders.
• Provide business operations administrative support such as tracking rebates and claims, invoice and credit notes processing, and commissions payout. Track and analyze campaign performance.
• Adopt a systemic, meticulous, and problem-solving approach to simplify the current and ongoing tasks.
• Preparing reports for management to review is part of the job scope.
