You will provide technical thought leadership, prioritise and coordinate with vendors' project and technical teams, to meet objectives and deadlines. Utilising agile methodologies, you will drive project and product deliveries, while working closely with our Product team to materialize the program's vision and maintain common priorities. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all products under Network-X are built to the appropriate level of quality, which include Agile development tracks, Proof of Concepts (POCs), betas, or “live” production, encompassing all ongoing initiatives.

You are responsible for the design and creation of products, including constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements. Efforts are then placed into exceeding customer expectations for the benefit of the company brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop product ideas based on target customers’ interests in Network-X program
• Identify customers’ problems and create functional prototypes with the intent of offering a solution under the Network-X program
• Perform market analysis on competing products and brands in 5G and related technology segments
• Provide technical thought leadership for the Network-X product initiatives
• Govern and manage various POCs, software development tracks, and initiatives under the Network-X program
• Collaborate closely with partners' delivery organisations to ensure timely project delivery
• Create project charters and lead a delivery crew to ensure accurate and on-time customer deliveries
• Define project scopes with partner teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Establish strong working relationships with internal StarHub teams and partner clients
• Oversee the delivery team's daily activities, providing guidance and direction as needed
• Ensure the team maintains a high level of proficiency and efficiency in their work
• Act as the main point of contact for StarHub's Network-X team, addressing questions and issues
• Communicate delivery statuses to clients and create necessary delivery records
• Review client orders and organize and arrange delivery tasks
   

Qualifications

• Appropriate qualification in Business, Commerce, Information Technology or equivalent
• 6 to 10 years of experiences as Product Engineer, Solution Architect or Business Analyst within the telecom industry, specifically in 5G Telco and 5G Telco software domain
• Software development and architecture experiences in one of these:
• TMF APIs such as TMF 641, TMF 645, TMF 638, TMF 639 and TMF 620
• Network functions such as 5G Core (UPF, SMF, AMF) and End to End Network slicing
• Experiences in software programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Go lan
• Experiences in software-defined networking with knowledge in 3GPP standards for 5G core, Nephio, GSMA Open Gateway , CAMARA API’s industry frameworks
• Certifications in PMP, Agile Project Management, CSPO/ SAFE PM/ PO (Scaled Agile Framework)
