Product and Solns Manager, Enterprise Guest Experiences
We are looking for a Product & Solutions Manager for Enterprise Guest Experiences in the Enterprise Business Group (EBG).
As a Product & Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, go-to-market, and operations for StarHub’s Enterprise Guest Experiences offering. You will ensure enterprise segment competitiveness, profitability, and manage daily operations to deliver and enhance the product features and functions. Together with our Enterprise team, you will develop and scale our market reach across all enterprise segments, and bring experiential solutions into new regional markets.
Your main responsibilities
- Product strategy, development, launch, operations, and life-cycle management for Enterprise Guest Experience solutions.
- Develop and execute local and regional go-to-market strategy with Enterprise Sales and Marketing.
- Deliver solution bundles and promotions that are relevant to enterprise customers
- Support Enterprise Sales by responding to RFPs/Tenders, analysing bid strategy, costing, pricing, margins, and technical solution design.
- Conduct training/enablement sessions to relevant stakeholders before enhancements or roll-out.
- Support process improvement for sales, delivery, day 2 and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage P&L and financial projections.
- Develop and manage business cases and strive to have the best possible return on investment.
A few things about you
- You demonstrate a good understanding of Enterprise Guest Experience products, and are comfortable to engage with technical teams.
- You take ownership of the product to ensure its profitability, and delivery in a timely, customer-centric manner.
- You understand the process required in bringing a product to market, and have experience in operations, processes, and navigating corporate systems to effectively manage product provisioning and billing.
- You are attentive to details, and pay attention to customer needs and user experiences
- Have a good understanding of experiences within the hospitality sector.
- You are a strong team player and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in at a tech, broadcast, entertainment or telco company.
- Experience bringing technology products and services to market, from a Sales Specialist, Product, or go-to-market background.
- Familiar with broadcast or television/content distribution systems within hospitality environments.
- Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
