Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AIS Sales Specialist and Account team in building pipeline through consultative selling approach, driving net new business opportunities within the existing regional account base as well as supporting client acquisition activities.
  • Maps customer requirements to the offerings portfolio describing solution and scope of work to meet or exceed requirements
  • Take lead and/or work as part of a team with other functional teams to review overall solution taking into consideration the deliverable aspects as well.
  • Prepare and present technical solutions for customers, overseeing technology selection, bill of materials development, proposal writing, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility.
  • Supports the Sales Team by providing views and input which is relevant to pricing considerations and provides the necessary technical proposal. 
  • Architect the technical solution in response to customer requirements.
  • Supports technical representation in Bid Management and Review process.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
  • Conducts enablement / client briefing on relevant solution to both clients & internal teams.
  • Providing coaching and thought leadership.
  • Driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for supporting business development working actively with vertical and solution sales teams to win new business/major contracts for infrastructure services, with a focus on multi-millions range of opportunities.
  • Develop innovative proposals for new tools and systems that will promote automation, simplicity, efficiency, and real business results.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for product solutions assigned to him/her

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or IT-related field with at least 15 years experience in the industry.
  • Minimum 8 years of consulting or strategy planning experience.
  • Relevant technical certification (Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or Huawei equivalent, Palo Alto PCNSE, PSE-SASE, PSE-Strata), are highly desirable.
  • He/She should have the experiences and skillsets in some or all of the following areas,
  • Network infrastructure design (DC and campus network)
  • Wired & Wireless network (Aruba, Huawei, Cisco, Arista)
  • Software Defined Network/SDWAN (Cisco, vmware, Silverpeak)
  • Network security, eg. NAC, firewall, SASE, IPS/IDS (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto)
  • Network performance & optimization (Netscaler, F5, Solarwind, ManageEngine)
  • Business acumen, able to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-pace environment.
  • Proven experience with problem-solving and business analysis skills the ability to negotiate and bring consensus in high pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency guiding multiple full project life-cycles from concept to delivery.
