About The Role

The Financial Analyst supports the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering functions for Customer Operations and other finance/business initiatives. The role focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and partnering stakeholders to drive operational and financial performance improvements.
The individual will work closely with business teams to support decision-making, improve financial visibility, and contribute to cost optimisation and transformation initiatives across the organisation. 

FP&A Support

  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly management reporting
  • Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Consolidate and analyse financial and operational data to support business performance reviews
  • Assist in preparing management presentations, dashboards, and financial insights for stakeholders 

Finance Business Partnering – Customer Operations

  • Partner Customer Operations and other business units to support financial performance management
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Support business cases, cost optimisation initiatives, and investment evaluations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business drivers and financial impacts 

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across FP&A and reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, standardisation, and data accuracy
  • Contribute to automation and simplification initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve turnaround time
  • Document financial processes, assumptions, and reporting methodologies where required 

Financial Governance & Controls

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information used for reporting and analysis
  • Support compliance with finance policies, governance standards, and internal controls
  • Assist with audit requests and finance reviews where required 

Who Are We Looking For

  • University degree, major in Accounting or Finance
  • Relevant experience in FP&A, process improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity
  • Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office tools knowledge, Excel proficiency, SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning is considered a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Positive, proactive and self-motivated personality
