Role Mission 

Lead the modernisation, governance, and optimisation of StarHub’s enterprise productivity ecosystem to enable a high-performing, AI-augmented digital workplace. 

Accountabilities 

• Own the enterprise productivity systems strategy and roadmap. 

• Govern collaboration and workflow platforms for security, interoperability, and adoption. 

• Drive AI-enabled productivity innovation across the organisation. 

• Establish and manage enterprise-wide governance and a scalable support model. 

• Ensure alignment of people, processes, and technology across all productivity initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

• Execute the productivity systems roadmap aligned to business priorities. 

• Govern platform standards, usage policies, integrations, and licensing. 

• Lead integration and modernisation of collaboration platforms for a unified digital experience. 

• Drive AI-enabled use cases to enhance workflow automation and knowledge discovery. 

• Rationalise tools and optimise total cost of ownership. 

• Build and manage a support model aligned with BTS and CASE frameworks. 

• Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics. 

• Lead change management, user enablement, training, and adoption initiatives. 

• Partner with HR, Communications, Security, IAM, and EUC to ensure compliance and alignment. 

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing strategy. 

• Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Ideal Track Record 

• 12–15 years in enterprise technology, digital workplace, or productivity platform leadership. 

• Proven success managing or transforming large-scale collaboration ecosystems. 

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled productivity capabilities. 

• Strong vendor management and enterprise service delivery background. 

• Experience driving productivity transformation in complex organisations.
